Ancient Greek silver tetradrachm of Alexander III The Great. The obverse features the helmeted head of Heracles with Lion's scalp. The reverse features Zeus enthroned. Minted at the Calabria Mint between 336 and 323 B.C. Mounted in a 14k bezel with .50 cts. of rubies.
